Ian is married to wife, Sharon with whom he has 3 adult children. He brings many years of experience, qualifications, and training in areas of pastoral ministry, education and training, leadership, chaplaincy, supervision and marriage celebrancy. He has worked and volunteered across church, parachurch, government and school environments as well as being self-employed. He also has experienced service in both city and regional areas. His overarching objective is to equip, empower and encourage others in their continual growth vocationally, emotionally, and spiritually, towards ever healthier relationships with God, others, and themselves and towards ever healthier ministry practice.
