This coastal walk is designed as a mini retreat.
Walking grade- Beach walk with relatively even terrain. Approx 90 min easy pace- walk in guided meditation or silence or sidle up to one of The Anchorage crew to connect if that's what you need.

Meet on the footpath in front of the change rooms at South Beach, Fremantle, between the café and the blue playground.
Wear comfortable sunsmart clothing and shoes. Bring a hat, sunscreen, water, and snacks.
Please note that this is a walk along the shared path and beach and does not include swimming or any water activities.
Once the walk has concluded you are welcome to swim, or have a cuppa or meal together at the café.
