Em Seinemeier

A skilled and seasoned practitioner, Em offers a brave and safe place for courageous conversations where insight can be fostered, and perspective enhanced. With extensive pastoral experience leading local churches and community groups and in developing leaders, Em is convinced of the value of quality supervision, mentoring and training for those at the coalface of the helping professions.

Drawing from a range of modalities to collaborate with clients for a tailored approach (“one-size-fits-all” usually suits no one!), Em accompanies clients in a way that connects with future practice, and with a heart for their development, thriving and sustainability. Having navigated key seasons of transition and change in her professional and family life, Em knows the potential of liminal spaces for growth and transformation, and it’s her privilege to journey with others in their discovery. She actively invests into spaces where supervision, mentoring and reflective practice are being introduced, developed, or reimagined, in Australia and beyond.

Em is available for in person and online appointments with individuals and groups. She loves podcasts, winter, poetry that doesn’t rhyme, and altogether too much tea.
