Janelle Palmer

Janelle has experience in both pastoral ministry and education across a variety of city and regional settings. She has a particular interest in the formation and discipleship of emerging leaders and, recognising that ministry can be a lonely journey, is keen to provide support to those in helping professions through deep listening, reflective questioning, and discerning encouragement.

Through Spiritual Mentoring she seeks to nurture faith in God, affirm God’s work, inspire a posture of listening to God, and seek God’s vision with the Mentoree.

In Supervision she is passionate about providing a safe space for reflection on work practice to enable the growth of healthy and flourishing leaders in our churches and schools.

Janelle has three teenage sons with her husband, Craig. She is available for in-person and online sessions.
